Joachim Sandberg was the founder of the C&W office in Rome in 1998, when he was promoted Partner. He became an International Partner in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s activities in Italy in 2011. He is member of the EMEA Board of C&W and is head of the Southern Europe Region. He also advises major national and international investors in their acquisition/disposal processes in Italy leveraging on his proven investments and leasing experience. Swedish mother tongue, Joachim Sandberg graduated in Business Administration from University of Lund and is fellow of the RICS. He speaks fluent Italian and English and has a working knowledge of French.
International Partner since 2008 and member of Italian Cushman & Wakefield Board since 2003. He is the Head of Retail Department in Italy, he has a wide and strong knowledge of the Retail Market matching international and national retailers’ expectations in researching for them the best real estate opportunities in the most important cities of Italy. He is advisor of important National and International operators from the Luxury market and High Street, such as Valentino, Gucci, Moncler, Richemont Group (including Panerai, Jaeger Le Coultre, Cartier), Jimmy Choo, Bally to the Mass market, such as Benetton, H&M, Primark, Zara, Apple, Gap & Banana Republic. He has been able to build up with them a solid business relationships thanks also to his commercial skills both Retail Tenant and Landlord side.
Lamberto Agostini, Partner Architect, Head of the PjM Italy Department and EMEA Southern Region, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001. He gained significant experience in American Architectural firms (Dykins Associated Architects Minneapolis MN; BRW Architects Minneapolis MN). Prior to joining C&W Lamberto worked as an Associated Architect with his own firm for 10 years. Some of his work was carried out in co-operation with Cushman & Wakefield. Lamberto with his team he provides support to Clients in developing their projects. His main activity consists in managing projects (Retail, Office, Industrial, and Redevelopment) for the refurbishment of existing buildings and interior spaces, architectural, technical and interior design, decoration and furnishing.
Francesco Della Cioppa
Francesco Della Cioppa, Partner, Head of Asset Services Italy, is a member of the Italian Board and coordinates the Asset Services and Retail Leasing team (focused on shopping centres, retail parks and entertainment centres) relating to the Italian Managing Director and to the EMEA Team Manager. He is responsible for all consultancy advices given by the team in the national territory. Francesco joined C&W in 2010 after a significant experience both in the Property (Office e Retail) and in the Retail Leasing: he has been for 10 years the Managing Director of Agorà (Aedes Group) a shopping centres property management company. From 1991 until today he has followed every phase of development and operational management of more than 50 shopping centres all over Italy. Francesco has a deep knowledge of all the preliminary study, leasing and property management phases necessary to carried out a real estate project.
Carlo Vanini joined Cushman & Wakefield Capital Market Group in March 2004, became Associate in 2007, Partner in 2009 and International Partner in 2017, Head of the Rome Office in 2013, he is member of the Italian Board and Head of the Capital Markets Italy. Carlo has experience in advisory services to private and institutional real estate investors (funds, developers, banks, private investors) in acquisition/disposal of real estate assets and portfolios, investment valuation and analysis (cash flow analysis, risk analysis), portfolio analysis, financing & funding, negotiation. Over the last years, he has been involved as advisor in the acquisition and disposal of properties in Italy and in portfolio underwriting and valuations for more than of 2billion/euros. Carlo has also collaborated with the Luiss University in Roma as a lecturer for the Master of Real Estate Finance.
Andrea joined Cushman at the end of 2014. Previously he has been Principal of various Investment Management Companies involved in many acquisitions and disposals of retail assets. He has been also managing director of Carrefour Property Italia for three years. He has a degree in Economics and an MBA at SDA Bocconi
Claudia Buccini joined the Valuation department of Cushman & Wakefield in 2001, after two years she founded the Business Space Research team. Claudia was nominated Associate Director in 2008 and Partner in 2016 and she’s currently Head of the Italian Research team. Claudia’s main task is to produce market analysis for the office, retail and logistc sectors; she’s also responsabile for corporate research pubblications and to provide strategic consultancy to a many national and international clients (developers, investors and tenants).
Marzio Granata, Associate, Head of the Industrial and Logistics department, Milan & Rome, is involved in real estate since 1995. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 and has been appointed Associate in 2005He represents both national and international clients in lease renegotiation, leasehold/freehold acquisition/disposal of industrial and logistics facilities.
Dario Leone entered Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality Italy in July 2008 as Senior Consultant, joining the team from Deloitte where he was a member of the Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure team. Holding a degree in economics, Dario has more than 10 years of experience in consulting and has worked closely with some of the major investors and real estate players in the hospitality industry while employed at Deloitte and Cushman & Wakefield. Dario is an expert in the hospitality industry, having spent the past ten years specialising in feasibility and market studies, business plans, valuations, and operator selection and transaction services for hospitality properties.
Alessandro Serena joined Cushman & Wakefield in October 2013 he is Head of the Landlord Advisory Group of the Office Agency department; provides consultancy on leasing strategy for office spaces to national and international clients. Account Manager for key landlord clients, such as Coima Sgr, Hines Italia, Generali Real Estate, DeA Capital, BlackStone, CBRE Global Investors, Cordea Savills, Axa REIM, Northstar, Goldman Sachs. Alessandro completed the law degree in 2001 and started to work in the Real Estate sector, in the residential market (Erre Emme Real Estate and Della Spiga Immobiliare). In 2005 he moved to Jones Lang LaSalle, where he joined the Office Agency team and became Associate Director in 2009.
Cesare Lombardi joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 as industrial agent in the Industrial & Logistics Department, in 2008 moved to Account Management and then in the Office Agency, currently he is Head of Tenant Advisory Group.
Luca Magentini is Associate and head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Rome Business Space team, specializing in Landlord and Tenant representation on behalf of leading national and international companies. Luca joined C&W as an office negotiator in 2000 and became Associate of the firm in 2004 and in 2006 he became head of Rome business space team. In his career Luca has closed leasing deals for total of ca 100,000 sq m.
Francesca Prandi joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 and currently is Partner within Advisory of Capital Markets Team. Within Cushman & Wakefield she matured strong relationship with colleague in other department and is in a position of delivering an integrated and tailored advisory service to clients. She has close to 15 years of valuation experience almost 10 years of which has been spent valuing portfolios across Italy and EMEA and retail portfolios worldwide for international clients. Francesca is member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Italian Board of the same Institute..
Mariacristina, Partner and Head of the Italian Valuation & Advisory Department, joined Cushman & Wakefield in February 2012. Previously, she was Director and Head of Valuation of Savills Italy for eight years. She has developed an extensive experience in the valuation of income-producing properties including shopping centres, offices, logistics warehouses, etc., as well as development projects. Mariacristina is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and of the Milan Order of Engineers.
Davide Santicchia is Partner of Cushman & Wakefield Project Management department of Rome office. His responsibilities include assisting clients in all the different phases of the project, from the preliminary project to the management of the work. He is qualified to provide a number of Project Management services: due Diligence, urban analysis, preliminary site evaluation to occupancy, preliminary project of office and industrial site, program of works and cost supervision, planning, design and execution, general coordination of project development, managing timetables and costs, work and Quality supervision.
