Colgate-Palmolive - New headquarters in Rome for Colgate-Palmolive
Colgate-Palmolive instructed C&W to identify a building to accommodate the new headquarters of the group in Rome.
Following a meticulous market analysis, C&W identified a building owned by IDeA FIMIT located in the new Da Vinci Business Park on the Rome-Fiumicino route, in a strategic position, easy to reach from both the city and the international Airport of Fiumicino.
Da Vinci Business Park is the first Class A+ office complex in Rome, built according the international standards in terms of efficiency and energy savings.
It represented the best solution in order to guarantee the necessary visibility and prestige for an international company as Colgate-Palmolive is.
C&W coordinated the negotiations with the Landlord and was able to negotiate a reduction of approx. 15% from the initial asking rent and 1 year of free rent. The Landlord provided a shuttle service from the nearby train station to the office complex
C&W Project Management was also involved assuring and managing the fit out project for 3,000 sq m of office space in the Da Vinci Business Park.
The close delivery time scheduled in the contract was respected, thanks to the close monitoring of ongoing works by C&W.
