The Challenge

Cordea Savills SGR required an international valuer for its Italian Fund which has properties located in the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Finland, Germany and the United Kingdom. The appointment of the valuer was for three years. The pre-requisites included having an Italian point of contact for the whole fund and an international network that could guarantee full coverage of all European areas.

The Solution

Our Italian valuation team retains all necessary requirements and a good track record as a fund valuer in Italy. The Italian team acts as point of contact and coordinator for our international network, guaranteeing the compliance with RICS standards and Italian legal requirements, and ensuring good customer care.
