Set-up the management of all the properties creating an on-site structure with a Director of the center/park, developing an off-site bookkeeping management, accounting payables and receivables, plus a coordinated fulfillment of reports.

Management of re-leasing activities of shopping centers and retail parks and/or development activities of new areas.
