Cushman & Wakefield, instructed by InvestiRE SGR, has carried out another important high street transaction, evidence that the Italian retail market continues to attract high-profile global brands.
The aim was to bring another international brand to Italy, in the InvestiRE SGR’s building located in the center of Milan, in the prestigious Corso Vittorio Emanuele, confirmed prime location for the mass market sector, internationally recognized.
Cushman & Wakefield employed its established experience in the retail high street market, as well as its consolidated relationship with the main international brands, and reached this significant achievement, leasing the property to a prestigious and renowned brand such as Urban Outfitters, with its first store in Italy.
Thomas Casolo, International Partner, Head of Retail of Cushman & Wakefield Italia and Matteo Alessandrino, Partner of the Retail department commented: “When we started working on this project we analyzed which international brands were already present in other European markets, but still not present in Italy, and which of these could be ideal for the location. We were confident in our ability to find a prestigious brand such as Urban Outfitters that would add to the value of the building on corso Vittorio Emanuele”.
