Pursuant to Article 13 of the law. n.196/2003 on Treatment of Personal Data, we wish to inform you that the treatment of your data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency with the aim of protecting your privacy and your rights.

 Specifically we would like to inform you of the following:

1. Personal Data Source

The personal data we treat are those resulting from the data collection carried out at the time of your registration on the website of Cushman & Wakefield and occasionally may come from third parties. All personal data are processed in accordance with Law No. 196/2003 and the privacy obligations underpinning any activities of our Firm.

2. Aim of the Data Treatment

The treatment is intended only to enable participation in the interactive services provided on the website of Cushman & Wakefield, e.g. the publication of any content or material as part of these same services offered.

3. How we Treat Data

The treatment is performed by means of operations or series of operations as per in Art. 4, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Law, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools. The subjects belonging to external companies or entities to whom the data may be communicated will use these data as "owners" in compliance with the law, in complete independence, being unrelated to the original data treatment occurred in our Firm.

7. Transfer of Data Abroad

The personal information may be transferred abroad to EU countries and to countries outside the European Union as defined by Articles. 42 and 43 of the D. Decree No. 196/2003, for business needs and for the purposes set forth under

We also inform you of the possibility to exercise, at any time, the rights recognized under art.7 of Law 196/2003 herein quoted in full:

Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to be informed of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative, managers or agents at Country level.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the update, amendment or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations under letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
